Guaranteed 40 hours per week!  Responsibilities include interior and exterior repairs of multi-family apartment housing.  Specific tasks include installation of counters, cabinets and vanities, sheetrock repair/installation, door & window installation,  flooring installation/repair, roofing, siding, and trim.General electrical and plumbing skills are a plus!   Qualified candidates will have at least 2 years of residential carpentry experience.  We are looking for someone who does repairs right the first time, is comfortable working in a fast paced environment and has a strong sense of urgency.    Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license are required and background check will be conducted prior to hire.
