Details: CarbonLITE Industries seeks: Electrical Maintenance MechanicsDETAILED RESPONSIBILITIES: Follow all applicable plant rules, maintenance rules and safety rules. Troubleshoot and repair all plant equipment.  Maintain preventative maintenance programs on all plant equipment including bale breaker, granulators, wash line, extrusion, metal separation, flake separation, etc. Maintain preventative maintenance programs on all auxiliary equipment including boiler, chillers, air compressors, material handling equipment, etc.   Maintain lubrication programs on all equipment. Responsible for reporting and documenting all necessary maintenance repair items, required process improvements and safety concerns to the Production Manager. Responsible for communicating spare parts requirements to the Production Manager Responsible for maintaining the spare parts room.  Responsible for housekeeping within the maintenance areas. Perform other duties as assigned by management.

Details: Responsible for initiating equipment inspections, trouble shooting, calibrating, and repairing electrical, electronic, and pneumatic instruments and equipment, welding (carbon, stainless different types of material), fabricator , changing shafts, paddles, motors, bearings, belts, Hydraulic lines, Monthly, weekly, daily equipment services and checks.  DUTIES / RESPONSIBILITIES: Perform highly diversified duties to install and maintain production machines and the plant facility’s equipment. Provide emergency/unscheduled repairs of production equipment during production and performs scheduled maintenance repairs of production equipment. Perform mechanic skills including, but not limited to, mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic, troubleshooting and repair of production machines. Read and interpret equipment manuals and work orders to perform required maintenance and service. Diagnose problems, replace or repair parts, test and make adjustments. Perform regular preventive maintenance on machines, equipment and plant facilities. Perform a variety of plumbing maintenance and carpentry functions. Use a variety of hand and power tools, electric meters and material handling equipment in performing duties. Detect faulty operations, defective material and report those and any unusual situations to proper supervision. Comply with safety regulations and maintain clean and orderly work areas. Perform all other duties as assigned or needed.
