With over 6,000 employees and 120 operating locations, the Company provides services across a broad cross-section of the United States.This position is located in Englewood, Florida Responsibilities:• Training with the Enhancement Account Manager to effectively take over the planning, assigning and directing of work for crew leaders and landscape gardeners.• Production Management – ensuring that our services are always of the highest quality. Will require horticultural experience as well as the ability to work efficiently.• In coordination with the Enhancement Account Manager, preparing proposals and customer budget worksheets and participating in presentations to win proposals.• Building an outstanding production team.
